Our team were born and raised in Ashford so if we can’t give you the best local knowledge, no one can!


We cover Ashford and surrounding villages. We focus on a specific area of knowledge, not a multitude of offices.

We have one lovely and convenient office! It’s intentionally not in the town centre – it’s easy to find with plenty of parking and we have some great neighbours.


We will be straight with you from the outset and will never blow smoke to get you to sign a contract.

We will accurately value your property, talk you through the marketing strategy (it’s not one size fits all) and agree a contract that works for us all.

We are happy to represent almost all residential properties and will offer suggestions on how you can maximise the value of your sale.


There is a view that all agents are broadly the same and their “work” does not extend beyond putting a property on the internet and waiting for the phone to ring.

That would be lovely but unfortunately that doesn’t work very well! From the outset we work with you to tailor the service you need and not add any “extras” that you don’t.

We stay with you right the way through to handing over the keys on completion day and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues along the way.


If you ask an Estate Agent “when should we start marketing?” you might be expecting the answer will always be “now, immediately, quickly”!

That might be true, but it’s also not always the right advice.

For example, some properties may realise a higher value in certain seasons, or perhaps a few days work, painting etc, might be worth the effort.
