Nicole says “After starting my Estate Agency career in 1996, I was becoming disillusioned with how the industry was evolving, particularly in relation to fees and add-on charges. I could see this was not helping people to move home, so I decided to do something about it.
Bradley Bishop is proof that Estate Agents can be honest, fair, professional and trustworthy.

Nicole Bishop ANAEA - Managing Director
I started my career in 1996 as a Sales Advisor with a large Independent Estate Agent in the Southeast.
I worked my way up to Senior Management and then consolidated my experience in a training and development role. I helped to grow the business in offices throughout Kent, Sussex and London.
My real passion is helping people to move to their new home - I hope I play my part by making that stressful time that little bit easier.
Richard Simpson ANAEA - Property Expert
Before joining Bradley Bishop I worked for a High Street agent for 7 years. I have worked across Kent covering Ashford, Folkestone, Maidstone and villages throughout the Weald. I was born and raised in Willesborough and I now live in Kennington with my wife and three children.
I joined Bradley Bishop because I believe that this industry needs a fresh approach. There is a need for an agent who puts the client first and cares about the job they do for more than just financial gain. I believe that a responsible estate agent can serve the community, supporting schools and organisations. This is a team that prides itself in performing a positive role in our society.
Mark Willsman - Property Expert

After finishing education I decided I wanted to build a career for myself and I believe working as an Estate Agent was the ideal job for me and of course, Bradley Bishop was the best place to start.
At the beginning of my career with Bradley Bishop in 2014, I started working as an Apprentice completing a Business and Administration NVQ. Since then I have progressed from an Administrator to a Sales Consultant. I love that my job helps people move into their new home and make positive decisions.
