After 12 weeks and only 2 viewings with another local agent we appointed Bradley Bishop and Mark had 5 viewings the first week. Through no fault of the Agent we had and lost 2 prospective buyers but Mark found us a 3rd and we have now exchanged. Through a long and stressful sale Emma kept us informed and upto date.
